Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 2-10 oz. pkg.
- 2 cans chicken broth (13 3/4 oz.)
- 2 medium onions,chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tuna

Step 1
Cook broccoli with 1 can broth. Set aside. Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Cook briefly. Add remaining broth. Cook and stir until smooth and thick. Stir in wine, seasoning, tuna, & broccoli.
