Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Poblano Pepper, chopped
- Taco Seasoning
- Cream Cheese
- Shredded Cheese
- Some milk
- Large Flour Tortilla
- Tortilla Chips
- Canola Cooking Spray

Step 1
The Dip:
Cook ground beef until brown. Drain off excess fat. Sir in taco seasoning and set mixture aside. Cook chopped poblano pepper.
In a saucepan, combine all cheese and melt over low heat. Stir in milk, if needed to reach a medium thick consistency Add ground beef and pepper, stirring until combined. More milk may be needed to make a smooth consistency.
The Bowl:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the outside of an upside down oven safe bowl with canola spray and press warmed flour tortilla around it. Bake for a few minutes until brown and crispy.
Place dip inside tortilla bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
