These slow-cooker ribs couldn't be simpler...and some of the best I have ever tasted. The meat just falls off the bone. YUMMY!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon each paprika, salt and dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 3 to 3 1/2 pounds well trimmed pork baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon each Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce

Step 1
Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine paprika, salt, thyme and peppers; rub on meaty sides of ribs. Place in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Remove ribs from slow cooker; discard liquid. Coat ribs with sauce mixture; return to slow cooker and cook on HIGH 30 minutes. Enjoy!
