Ingredients
- 1 lb. Medium Shrimp; peeled and deveined
- 1/2 C Italian Salad Dressing
- 8 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
- 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 6 Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley
- 2 Large tomatoes; finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
1) In a medium bowl combine shrimp and salad dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
3)In a large deep skillet heat oil and butter over med-high heat. Add green onions, garlic and parsley; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add shrimp and marinade. Cook and stir just until shrimp are opaque. Stir in tomatoes , Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to skillet; toss gently to combine. Cook just until heated through. Serve warm.
