Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup Splenda (not packets)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1/4 cup splenda
- 1/4 cup melted butter.

Preparation
Step 1
1) Blend the sour cream, eggs, splenda and vanilla together
2) slowly add the cream cheese and 2 Tbsp melted butter
3) Make a crust with the almond meal, splenda and butter and then top with the cream cheese mixture
4) Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes and then cool over night in the fridge
