- 8 8 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 1 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 2 2 lg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in 2 cup measure. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, then cook 5 minutes on medium, stirring once. Mix corn flake crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley flakes. Dip chicken in egg, then in mixture. Place in shallow casserole. Microwave 9 to 14 minutes, medium-high, re-arranging at half time, but don't turn over. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with Mozzarella and more Parmesan. Microwave medium-high for 2 to 5 1/2 minutes to melt cheese.
