Ingredients

  • 2 15.25 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 14.75 oz. cans cream style corn
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 40 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 T. butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. French fried onions, crushed (for topping)

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine both cans of corn, the milk, the onions and the beaten eggs. Stir in the crackers, butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove and top with the crushed fried onions. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned.
