- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon chopped dried mango
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon shredded coconut

Step 1
Combine 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats and a pinch of salt with 3/4 cup milk, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, and coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours). Stir, heat through and top, if desired.
