  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules or 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tilapia fillets (or other white fish)
