Step 1
Melt chocolate (make sure not to hot (90 degrees)
Blow up balloons -small. Dip balloon in chocolate -one way then another (like a cross) put on parch paper and refrigerate til hard. Take out of fridge and pop balloon. Make mousse and put in cup
