- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- Confectioners (powdered) sugar

Step 1
1) Mix butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl until light & fluffy. Gradually add in flour & then stir pecans in last
2) Shape into round little balls and place 1/2 - 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet
3) Bake in center of oven at 325 for 20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown. Let stand 2 - 3 minutes before putting them on wire rack to cool. Dust with confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
