Overnight Coffee Cake

This is to be made the night before an event, then you just bake in the morning.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 2 cups flour
• 1 t. nutmeg
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Add next 6 ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Top with Topping mixture and keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
