Ingredients

  • 3 C sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 C butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 to 2 TBLS whipping crèam

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream together powdered sugar and butter on low speed just until blended.
Increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.

Add vanilla and whipping cream. Continue to beat on medium speed for another 1 minute, adding more cream if needed for desired piping consistency.

Put into piping bag for piping or spread on cakes or cupcakes as desired.
