1 lb. butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioner's sugar
2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 t. vanilla
4 c. flour
additional confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375 degrees

Blend butter and confectioner's sugar. Mix in vanilla. Then mix in flour slowly. Dough will be stiff. Add chopped nuts. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 15-20 minutes. When cooled off, roll in confectioner's sugar.
