Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond or whole-wheat flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 3 T unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 T PB2
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips and spoon the mixture into an 8x8 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the center is cooked all the way through. Cut into 2-inch squares.
