Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Beef Bullion Cube
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- Worcestershire
- Ketchup
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Add water, bullion cube, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a squirt of ketchup. Bring to a boil – simmer till most of the juice is absorbed. Stir in sour cream right before serving. Serve over wide egg noodles, cooked according to package directions.
