Ingredients
- 2 Whole Pork Tenderloins
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onion
- 4 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 Bell Pepper cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 Pineapple cut into 1-inch squares

Step 1
Cut each tenderloin into 1 to 2 inch chunks. Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, green onion, sesame seeds, brown sugar, garlic and pepper. Add meat; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Drain meat, reserve marinade. Blend water and cornstarch, stir in reserved marinade. Cook and stir until thickened. Thread meat on skewer alternating with pineapple and bell pepper. Grill 12 to 15 minute turning and brushing with sauce.
