Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 beef boullion cube
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice pork or beef. Prepare sauce by combining soy sauce, water, boullion cube, ginger, and garlic in medium sized tupperware. Add pork and marinate overnight. Cook pork in 2 Tbsp olive oil. Reserve ½ cup marinade. Once pork is cooked through, add reserve marinade and 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered for one hour. During last 15 minutes, add bell pepper. Serve over cooked rice.
