Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Thin Pre-baked Pizza Crust
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 Green Onions with tops, thinly sliced.
  • 1 Large Carrot, peeled and cut into Julienne strips
  • 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • Chopped Peanuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread garlic onto pizza crust and bake 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool completely. In small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger. Spread mixture over crust. Top with vegetables; add cilantro and peanuts if desired.
