Ingredients
- 1 Whole chicken
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcesteshire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Step 1
Rinse chicken (remove neck and giblets), pat dry. Combine next 6 ingredients together; rub over chicken – chill 30 minutes, up to 8 hours. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Bake at 425° for 50 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170°. Let stand, covered 15 minutes, before slicing.
