Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (10 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 (8 oz) bag shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 10 flour tourtillas
  • 3 cups skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Step 1

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic, coleslaw mix, carrots, and scallions. Cook stirring occassionally for 8 minutes, until vegetables have softened. Stir in hoisin and soy sauce and cook 2 more minutes. Add cooked chicken; stir to combine with vegetables and heat through. To serve, heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon ½ cup of chicken mixture down center of tortilla and roll up.
