  • 2/3 cup Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1/2 cup Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Basil Leaves
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine or Apple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley

Step 1

In heavy 2-qt. saucepan, melt butter. Meanwhile, on a piece of wax paper combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt. Dip Chicken breast in melted butter, and then roll in crumbs to coat. Place in baking dish, bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is tender. Meanwhile, add wine, green onion and parsley to remaining melted butter. When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce around and over. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes more or until sauce is hot. Serve with sauce spooned over.
