Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. Chicken
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 to 2 tsp Summer Savory Seasoning
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 tsp Sugar

Step 1
Brush chicken pieces on all sides with lemon juice. Place in covered dish and refrigerate from 3 hours to overnight. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in remaining seasonings except sugar. Broil in butter mixture 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until tender. Sprinkle with sugar and broil 3 minutes more.
