Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 12oz. bag of Broccoli Slaw
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 stalks celery, sliced diagonally and thinly
- 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 package bean sprouts
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 4 tsp. rice wine or dry sherry
- 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 tsp. corn starch
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken or pork, optional

Step 1
Whisk together stock, wine, oyster sauce and corn starch. Heat wok or heavy pan over high heat. Add the oil and then stir in the garlic. Cook for 10 seconds then add the broccoli slaw. Continue stirring for 7-8 minutes, then add remaining vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes. Make a well in between the vegetables and pour in the sauce, Mix all together and continue to cook until slighly thickened and reduced. Add in meat and heat thoroughly.
