Garnish:
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/4 oz. white creme de cacao
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
1 1/2 / oz. soda water
Orange flower water
Fresh ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse a tall glass with orange flower water. Set aside.

Dry shake everything except soda water. Hals-fill shaker with ice and shake again. Strain into reserved glass. Add soda water and fill with ice. Dust with fresh nutmeg.
