  • 1 box sugar free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 servings Mint Cookie protein powder
  • 1 t. decaffeinated expresso
  • 1 T. cocoa powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 T. whipped cream
  • 2-3 sugar free peppermints(opt.)

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, protein, expresso and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine.

Add milk, then beat on medium with a hand mixer for a few seconds. Then switch to high speed. Scrape sides of bowl.

The mixture should start setting fairly quickly. Divide the mixture equally into 4 cups. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermints.
