Pine Nut and Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 box Spiral Pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 to 4 Boneless –Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into thin strips
- 1 1/2 c. Red and Green Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 Green Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
In skillet, heat oil. Sauté chicken 5 minutes. Add ginger, garlic and pine nuts, cook till chicken is cooked through. Add soy and lemon or lime juice. Lower heat, toss in bell peppers and cooked till desired tenderness. Pour chicken mixture over cooked pasta.
