Ingredients
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Tightly Packed Fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
- 1/2 cup Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Regiano Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Ramon Cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, chop basil leaves, garlic, slat and olive oil until well blended. Add cheese with 3 to 5 quick pulses then extra pine nuts if desired. Pulse until desired texture.
Serve on hard crusted bread as appetizer or over chicken and pasta for a meal.
