Ingredients
- 4 Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes, 1 can drained
- 2 Tbsp Quick Cooking Tapioca
- 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Cooked Couscous or Rice

Step 1
In medium bowl, combine ingredients to make sauce. Place chicken (can be frozen) in crock pot, pour sauce over and cook on low 5 hours. Serve over couscous or rice.
