Ingredients
- 1 pie shell
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup almonds (ground)
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375
Line an 8 inch pie tin with the crust, poke a few holes in the bottom and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix egg, almonds, cream, and marmalade
Pout into the pie crust after the initial 20 minutes of baking and bake for another 20 minutes, until it has risen and it is golden brown on top
Melt a little of the marmalade and brush on top of the pie as a glaze
Hint
if you have a remove flan pan this works the best
