Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add sugar. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, soda, cornmeal, and salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with the yogurt and the eggs. Stir in cool melted butter. Bake in a greased 10-inch cast iron skillet for 15-25 minutes.
