- 2 tsp butter or margarine
- 3 c. shelled fresh Soybeans or frozen Soybeans, thawed
- 3 Tbsp Fresh whole small mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp Snipped fresh basil

Step 1
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shelled soybeans to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in mint, basil, and salt to taste.
