Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb itl sausage
- 3 8oz cans tomato saude
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t itl seasoning
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3 eggs
- 3 T minced fresh parsley
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 1 8oz carton ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parm cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 3 cups shredded motz, divided

Preparation
Step 1
In a skilled cook beef and sausage. Add the next 7 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. In a bowl combine eggs, parsley, cottage cheese, ricotta and parm. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce in a ungreased 9 by 13 in pan. Layer with noodles, prov cheese. 2 cups cottese mixture and 1 cup motz. Layer the rest of the ingredients. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
