Quinoa Salad, Vegetables and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
- For dressing:
- 100 g quinoa
- 300 g broccoli
- 16-18 cherry tomatoes
- 50 grams of red beet seedlings
- boneless handful black olives (to me are Mammoth, because they are my favorites, but you can use any)
- Kotizh cheese
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- salt
- you can use spices and optional

Preparation
Step 1
Washing cinema and January soaking for 15 minutes in cold water. Drain and put it to boil in a ratio of 1 part movie, 2 parts water. After the boil, cover pot and leave for 10-15 minutes or until cooked cinema and the water evaporates. Leave to cool.
Wash broccoli and cut into small rozichki. Put a pot of water to boil, add pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon vinegar broccoli and blanch for 3-5 minutes. Subtract them and dip them in cold water immediately. Drain and blot dry with kitchen paper.
Wash and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Deboning and cut olives. Wash well and germs. In a bowl mix all products - films, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olives, sprouts. Confusion with the prepared dressing and spread in two deep dishes. Finally, put a few balls Cottage cheese and serve.
