Ingredients
- 1 recipe black bean-smoked chile dip, see recipe
- 2 corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- monterey jack cheese
- cilantro
- pico de gallo
- diced serrano chile

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread bean dip on a tortilla. Pace in a lightly oiled skillet over low heat. Top with cheese and cilantro, then a spoon ful of pico and chilies. Top with second tortilla. and cut into wedges
2. Flip and warm second side. When heated through, slide onto a plate
Yum! Spread was great! Used whole wheat flour tortillas, monterry jack. Left out chilies, was plenty spicy as is. Didn't have ingredients for pico de gallo, but that would have thrown them over the top. Served them with sour cream. Delicious.
