Chicken Enchilada Soup

Ingredients

• 1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 can Chicken Broth
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Cumin
• Dash Cayenne Pepper
• 1 can Corn, drained
• 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 Large Chicken Breasted, cooked and chopped
• Garnish with Chives, Chips and Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Slowly heat together cream cheese and rotel in large saucepan. Combine all other ingredients and cook until heated through. Top with chive, chips and cheese.
