Ingredients
- 1 C canned corn, drained
- 1 C diced canned tomato, drained
- Black pepper
- Onion Powder
- 1/4 C prepared salsa
- 8 oz cooked chicken breast
- 4 8-in tortillas
- 4 pieces leaf lettuce
- Shredded cheese, opt.

Preparation
Step 1
- Spray a baking sheet; spread corn on half and diced tomatoes on the other half; sprinkle with pepper and onion powder; broil approx 5 min until corn is slighly browned
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces and combine with corn, tomatoes, and salsa; may warm further in microwave if other ingredients are cold and you wish it warm
- Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla; spoon 1/4 of mixture down the center; sprinkle with cheese if using
- Fold the bottom up and the sides in to form a wrap
