Chicken Fajita Pizza

This is my family's favorite homemade pizza. The recipe makes 2 pizzas, so sometimes I just cut the recipe in half. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pre-made pizza crusts, such as Boboli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 2 cups sliced green peppers
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salsa (make sure it is not too watery...you may
- need to strain it a bit)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or favorite cheese

Step 1
In a a large skillet, saute chicken in oil until juices run clear. Add onions, peppers, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt; cook until vegetables are tender. Spoon over crusts; top with salsa and cheese. Bake according to instructions on pizza crusts.
