Ingredients
- 2 containers (10 oz each) Brussels sprouts
- 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 t grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 t Asian sesame oil
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 large onion (sweet) cut in half and thinly sliced
- 1 T water

Preparation
Step 1
Trim sprouts and cut into quarters. In cup, stir together soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
In nonstick 12 " skillet heat olive oil over med. heat until hot. Add onion and cook about 5 min or until it begins to soften, stirring occasionally.
Increase heat to med-high; add sprouts and water; cover and cook about 5 min or until sprouts are beginning to soften and brown, stirring once. Remove cover and cook about 5 min longer or until sprouts are tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat; stir in soy sauce mixture.
