JACK DANIELS WHISKEY GLAZE FOR RIBS

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Black Jack Daniels Whiskey
• 1/3 cup Honey
• 3 Tbs. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch mixed in
• 1/2 Tbs. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix whiskey, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Whisk in cornstarch mixture and continue cooking, stirring often until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Reheat to serve.
