Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 pkgs (3 oz) jello - any flavor
  • 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 brick (8oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 C half & half

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 1 pkg jello in 1 cup boiling water.
pour into a 8 x 8 inch square glass pan, Chill until firm

Meanwhile, soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Place sugar and half & half in a saucepan, bring to boiling and remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, dissolved gelatin, sugar and half & half. Beat at low speed until smooth.
Let cool then pour over the first layer of jello.

Repeat the process of jello and cream cheese mixture for three or four layers, chilling each layer before adding the next.

Keep in fridge until served. Top with whipped cream
