Ingredients

  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 TBS triple sec

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Butter 6 6oz custard cups and place on a baking sheet.
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or in microwave. Add powdered sugar and flour to chocolate mixture and let cool slightly.
Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and triple sec and mix well.
Divide mixture to even amounts into custard cups. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes and let cool.
Top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. Dust with powdered sugar.
