Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 65 Andes Mints (3 boxes)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt and baking soda. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Take about one tablespoon of cookie dough and shape around mints. Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Melt remaining mints and drizzle over the top.
