Ingredients
- 10 C. Zucchini
- 4 C. Onion
- 1 Lg. Red Pepper
- 5 Cups Sugar
- 1 Tbl Turmerick
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tsp Celery Seed
- 2 1/4 C Dark Vinegar
- 1 Tbl Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and cover with cold salt water using 3 Tbl salt. Let stand Overnight.
Drain off water and rinse with cold water - Drain Well
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Seal in Hot Jars. Place in a pan of boiling ware while filling - Hot water bath for 20 minutes.
