Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

(Mom's recipe. Uses it for Thanksgiving.)

Ingredients

• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon milk or half and half
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 1/2 cups cool whip
• 1 cup milk
• 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 can pumpkin
• 1 pie crust
• cinnamon, nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar. Stir in cool whip and put this entire mixture on the bottom of the crust. In the same bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put this mixture on top of the first layer.
