Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb.s russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8" thick slices
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Heat over to 425 degrees. In large bowl, gently toss together potato slices, sage and rosemary.
Arrange 1/3 potato slices in greased 9" oven safe dish. Top with 1/3 each butter, shallots and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Repeat layering twice.
Cover potatoes and bake 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are golden brown.
