Ingredients

1 T. olive oil
10 oz. can chicken breast, drained
1 T. Fajita seasoning
1/2 cup shredded taco blend cheese, divided
2 T. salsa
4 servings refried beans
sour cream - optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until warmed through and bubbly on top.
