Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6-7 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5-6 slices bread- crusts removed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown and drain sausage. Butter bottom of 9x11 or 9x13 pan
2. Line pan with bread
3. Crumble cooked sausage over bread.
4. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
5. Beat eggs (1 per slice of bread) with 1/4-1/2 cup milk and pour over sausage.
6. Allow to soak into break. May moisten with more milk if needed
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min

May sit in fridge overnight if needed and bake in AM
