How Do You Make Cupcakes Without Eggs?? USE...BANANA!

Ingredients

• 1 Yellow cake mix (or any flavor cake mix)
• 1/2 banana (you could probably use a little more, though)--Instead of using the 3 eggs it called for in recipe
• 1/2 t of baking soda)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all 3 ingredients. Bake as directed on cake box.

The cupcakes look made-from-scratch, and made them taste MUCH better than typical cake mix cupcakes. They didn't taste banana-y, either.
