Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of minced thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives
- 1 zest of a lemon
- juice from 2 lemons
- salt & pepper
- 1 yellow onion thickly sliced
- 2 pounds of halibut
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven 400
make herb butter. can be made in advance and stored up to 2 days
cut onion into slices and lay on bottom of a greased dish.
lay halibut over onions and season with oil and salt & pepper.
roast until 120 in thickest part
serve with steamed broccoli
